This guide will walk you through:
Capturing Subscription Activities: Connect Chargebee with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time subscription, payment, and customer activity data.
Add Webhook Integration to Connect Chargebee to pull the events sales data
Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify
- Go to WiserNotify > Chargebee Integration.
- Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
1. Enter the Name of the connection.
Login with Chargebee,
2. Copy Chargebee Site URL.
3. Paste into Cthe hargebee Site URL field in WiserNotify Chargebee popup.
4. Navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee.
5. Click on API Key.
6. Copy API Key.
7. Paste into the API Key field in the WiserNotify Chargebee popup.
8. Click on the Create button.
9. Click on the copy button.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Chargebee
1. Navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee.
2. Click on the Webhooks inside the API Keys and Webhooks section.
3. Click on the Webhooks tab and Click on the Add Webhooks button.
4. Enter Webhook Name.
5. Paste the copied URL.
6. Click on the Create button.
The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying the existing old data in the notifications.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
