Thrivecart Integration with WiserNotify

This guide will walk you through:

  • Display Notifications: Add the WiserNotify pixel code to your ThriveCart pages.
  • Capturing Sales Activities: Connect ThriveCart with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time sales data.

Install WiserNotify Pixel Code to ThriveCart pages

Step 1: Get your wisernotify pixel code

Step 2: Add the Pixel Code to ThriveCart

Login with ThriveCart,

1. Click on Products Tab.

2. Edit Your product from the list.

3. Click on the ‘Checkout‘ tab.

4. Click on the ‘Tracking‘ tab to add Pixel.

5. Select the custom option in the Tracking tab.

6. Pest your pixel code.

7. Click on save & get URL to save the change.

Step 3: Verify Installation

  • Go back to your Wisernotify pixel page.
  • Click on verify pixel installation to check if the pixel is active.
  • If installed correctly, you will see a “Pixel Active” successfully message.

Note: This pixel script tag is required on every page wherever you want to track visitor activities, capture form submit events & display notifications.

Add webhook to ThriveCart to receive the data for Sales activities

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify 

  • Into the ThriveCart dashboard click on the profile logo then select a setting option.

  • Inside the setting click on the API & Webhooks button.

  • Click on view settings into the ThriveCart API section.

1. Paste secret word.

2. Enter remark.

3. Click on the create button.

4. Copy the webhook URL then Go to ThriveCart Setting.

  • Click on view settings in the Webhooks & notification section.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in ThriveCart

1. Enter the webhook name.

2. Enter the webhook URL.

3. Click on the Save this Webhook button.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
