How to connect WiserNotify with Agile CRM?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Lead Activities: Connect Agile CRM with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time lead data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Agile CRM to pull the events lead data

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify

Go to WiserNotify >Agile CRM Integration.
Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.

1. Enter Name of Connection,

2. Click on Admin Settings.

3. Click on Developers & API.

4. Copy the REST API Key.

5. Paste into the API Key field in the WiserNotify Agile CRM popup.

6. Copy Agile CRM subdomain.

7. Paste into the Agile CRM Sub-Domain field in the WiserNotify Agile CRM popup.

8. Enter email into the Agile CRM Email field in the WiserNotify Agile CRM popup.

9. Click on the Create button.

10. Click on the copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Agile CRM

Log in to Agile CRM.

– Click on your profile logo inside the dashboard.

– Select the Admin settings option.

1. Click on the developer & API Sidebar option.

2. Paste the copied URL.

3. Select the Contact event.

4. Click on the Save button.

The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying the existing old data in the notifications.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
