This guide will walk you through:
- Capturing Lead & Sales Activities: Connect Freshsales with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time lead, contact, and deal updates.
Add Webhook Integration to Connect Freshsales to pull the events sales & lead data
Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify
- Go to WiserNotify >Freshsales Integration.
- Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
1. Enter Connection Name
2. Click on the Create button.
3. Click and copy the URL.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Freshsales
1. Inside the Freshsales dashboard click on settings.
2. Inside the Automation section click on workflows.
1. Enter the Name of our workflows.
2. Describe your workflows.
3. Click on the Contact block.
4. Click on Add action inside What action(s) should be performed?
5. Select the Trigger Webhooks option.
1. Select request type POST.
2. Paste the URL here.
3. Select Encoding JSON.
4. Select Content type Simple.
5. Checked: First Name, Last Name, Emails, City, State, Country.
6. Click on the Save button.
Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
