How to install pixel code on the Joomla site?

If you’re using Joomla to manage your website, you can easily install WiserNotify by adding the tracking code to your site’s <head> section. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Copy the WiserNotify Pixel Code

  1. Go to Install Pixel page
  2. Click Copy Code to copy your script.

Step 2: Add the Pixel Code to Joomla

You create a Joomla tracking tag on the Shack Analytics: Tracking Tags page. You will be taken to this page by default when you go to Components > Shack Analytics Pro:

  • Click the New button in the top left corner:

  • You will see the Shack Analytics: New Tracking Tag tag creation page.

 

  • Enter a title for your tag.
  • Enter the WiserNotify tracking code into the header script box
  • Click Save or Save & Close.

Now, visit your site & reload or refresh it.

Step 3: Verify Installation

  • Go back to your Wisernotify pixel page.
  • Click on verify pixel installation to check if the pixel is active.
  • If installed correctly, you will see a “Pixel Active” successfully message.

Note: This pixel script tag is required on every page wherever you want to track visitor activities, capture form submit events & display notifications.

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
