Kajabi Site Integration with WiserNotify

This guide will walk you through:

  • Displaying Notifications: Add the WiserNotify pixel code to your Kajabi site.
  • Capturing Sales & Lead Activities: Connect Kajabi with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time sales & lead data.

Install WiserNotify Pixel Code to Kajabi pages

Step 1: Get your wisernotify pixel code

Step 2: Add the Pixel Code to Kajabi

Login with Kajabi,

1. Navigate to Settings > Site Details.

2. Paste the WiserNotify Pixel code into the Page Scripts box.

Now visit your Kajabi domain or refresh your Kajabi site.

Step 3: Verify Installation

  • Go back to your Wisernotify pixel page.
  • Click on verify pixel installation to check if the pixel is active.
  • If installed correctly, you will see a “Pixel Active” successfully message.

Note: This pixel script tag is required on every page wherever you want to track visitor activities, capture form submit events & display notifications.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Kajabi Site to pull the events sales & lead data

1. Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify

– Go to WiserNotify > Kajabi Integration.

– Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.

1. Enter Connection Name

2. Click on the Create button.

3. Click on the copy button.

2. Configure Webhook in Kajabi

Login with Kajabi.

A. Display form data into notification:

Add webhook into forms to display summited form data in your notification.

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Forms.

2.  Click on More Actions.

3. Click on Webhooks.

4. Paste the WiserNotify webhook URL into the Webhook URL box.

5. Click on Save.

B. Display offers data in your notification.

Add Webhook into Offers to display offers data in your notification.

  1. Navigate to Sales > Offers.

2. Edit offers.

3. Click on More.

4. Click on Webhooks.

5. Enter the WiserNotify Webhook URL into the Purchase webhook URL.

6. Click on save.

C. Display Form & Offers data into notification.

Add Webhook into forms and offers with the same webhook URL to display both (Submitted forms and offer’s data in your notification).

  1. Click on Settings.

2. Click on Checkout settings.

3. Paste the WiserNotify Webhook URL into the Purchase Webhook URL.

4. Click on Save.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify- Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
