Social Proof App for VBOUT
Show the lists your automations are filling
VBOUT social proof turns each contact your automation adds to a list into a verified notification on the landing page, brochure page or client site that captured them. One webhook step inside a VBOUT automation does the work.
Who it's for
VBOUT social proof for agencies and campaign marketers
Agencies managing client accounts
You run lists and automations for several brands from VBOUT. Give each client's campaign its own connection so their proof only shows on their pages.
Property, education and B2B lead gen
Brochure downloads, open day sign-ups and price list requests. These are high-intent forms where a visitor wants to know others asked first.
In-house teams across markets
Campaigns run in several languages and regions. Visitors see sign-ups from their neighbors, with city names that make sense to them.
Problems we solve
Your automations are busy. Your landing pages look quiet.
The problem
Lead magnets look like nobody wants them
A price list or guide behind a form gives no sign of interest. When VBOUT adds someone to the target list, the automation syncs them to WiserNotify and the download shows up as a notification.
The problem
Every client wants proof from their own list
Mixing one brand's sign-ups into another's site would be wrong. Each automation watches a single target list, so you build one per client list and keep the activity apart.
The problem
Launch weeks need momentum on show
The first days of a campaign decide whether paid traffic converts. A weekly counter of list joins makes the early interest visible to everyone who lands next.
VBOUT notifications
VBOUT list sign-ups shown on your campaign pages
Brochure requests and event registrations from your VBOUT lists, Google reviews and launch deadlines, shown where campaign traffic lands.
Brochure requests
Each new list member by first name and city. Pays off on gated brochure and floor plan pages.
Event registrations
A second automation on your event list feeds its own notification. Fits open day, seminar and webinar pages.
Client reviews
Rotate a client's Google reviews. Strong for brokers, schools and clinics that live on reputation.
“Clear answers on the payment plan, no pressure.”

What syncs from VBOUT
| VBOUT event | Notification | What visitors see |
|---|---|---|
| Contact joins the target list (USER >> Joined) | Recent sign-up | Name, location, what they asked for, time |
| Joins to a second list, in its own automation | A separate sign-up notification | Registrations for that event or offer only |
| List joins over a period | Sign-up counter | Total joins in the last day, week or month |
| Page visits (pixel) | Live visitors | People on that campaign page right now |
You choose how names appear: first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”.

FAQ
Social proof app for VBOUT FAQ
How do I send VBOUT leads to WiserNotify?
Build an automation that starts with the USER >> Joined module on your list, then add a Sync to third party action set to Webhooks triggered sync event and Post Api, with your WiserNotify webhook URL.
What do the notifications show?
Each contact who joins the list, with a name, location and how long ago they joined. You can also total those joins into a counter.
Can I run this for several client accounts?
Yes. Create a separately named connection for each client, point that client's automation at it, and use it as the data source only for notifications on their site.
How are lead names displayed?
You decide: first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”. That suits markets where full names feel too personal.
Will the pixel slow a client's landing page?
No. It loads once the page has loaded, so the form and hero image appear first.
Is there a free plan?
There's no free plan. You get a 7-day free trial on every plan, with Basic at $59 a year.
