How to add social proof to Formstack in 3 steps
Create the Formstack connection
In WiserNotify, open the Formstack integration and click Integrate. Enter a connection name, click Create, then click to copy the webhook URL.
Add the webhook to your form
In Formstack, open the Forms tab, hover over a form and click its settings link. Under Emails & Actions, click the add Webhooks button in the advanced settings, paste the URL and select Content-type JSON.
Test it and pick the data source
Submit a test entry and find it on the WiserNotify Dashboard Data page. Select this integration under Customize notification › Data-source, then check the pages with your pixel in a private browser window.

How do I connect Formstack to WiserNotify?
Create a Formstack connection in WiserNotify and copy its webhook URL. Add it as a webhook in the form's Emails & Actions settings with Content-type JSON, and new submissions show on any page that has the WiserNotify pixel.
Which parts of a submission appear in a notification?
Only the fields you choose, usually a first name and a town. Everything else a person typed into your Formstack form stays out of the popup.
Do I set this up on every Formstack form?
Yes. The webhook lives in each form's own settings, so add it to every form whose activity you want to show. Forms without it are not affected.
Can I keep people anonymous on appointment or intake forms?
Yes. Show a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or simply “Someone” with a town.
Will notifications slow down a page with an embedded Formstack form?
No. The pixel loads after the page, so your form appears exactly as fast as it does today.
