Social Proof App for Gravity Forms
Let WordPress visitors see the entries your forms get
Gravity Forms social proof sends each new entry from your WordPress site to WiserNotify through a webhook feed, then shows it as a small verified popup beside the form. Quote requests, class sign-ups and registrations start persuading the next visitor.
Who it's for
Gravity Forms social proof for the WordPress sites that use it
WordPress agencies and freelancers
You install Gravity Forms on nearly every client build. Add one webhook feed to the forms that bring in work, and each client site shows its own requests to new visitors.
Local service businesses
Contractors, dentists, law firms and movers live on their quote and consultation forms. A recent request from a nearby town tells homeowners the phone actually gets answered.
Nonprofits, schools and member sites
Volunteer days, class registrations and member applications often live in Gravity Forms. Show sign-ups as they arrive, and quieter visitors join in.
Problems we solve
A form at the bottom of a WordPress page looks unused
The problem
Quote forms feel like a black hole
Visitors wonder whether anyone reads what they send. Showing recent requests from the same Gravity Forms form makes it look used and answered, which is all a hesitant homeowner needs.
The problem
Multi-page forms lose people on page one
A progress bar that reads “Step 1 of 3” makes the finish line feel far away. A popup with someone who just finished the same form, right beside step one, makes it feel doable.
The problem
Workshop pages give no sense of demand
Nobody wants to be the only one who signs up. An entry counter for the week turns a plain registration form into proof that the class is filling.
Gravity Forms notifications
Gravity Forms notifications that show off your entries
Quote requests and registrations from your Gravity Forms webhook feed, Google reviews, live visitors and seasonal deadlines on your WordPress pages.
Quote & estimate requests
Shows each request with a first name and town. Best on service, estimate and contact pages.
Registrations
Shows each person who signs up for a class, event or program. Best on registration pages with limited places.
Google reviews
Shows your best Google reviews one at a time. Best on local business homepages.
“Showed up on time and fixed it the same day.”
Dana W. · Google review · 2 days agoLive visitors & offers
Shows how many people are on a landing page now and counts down to an early-bird or seasonal price.

| Entries over a period | Entry counter | Number of entries in the last hours or days |
| Page visits (pixel on your WordPress site) | Live visitors | People on that page right now |
You choose how names appear: first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”. All Fields reach WiserNotify, but only the ones you place in the message are shown.

FAQ
Social proof app for Gravity Forms FAQ
How do I connect Gravity Forms to WiserNotify?
Copy the webhook URL from the Gravity Forms integration in WiserNotify, then add a webhook feed to your form under Settings › Webhooks with POST, JSON and All Fields. With the pixel on your site, each new entry shows as a popup.
Do I need the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On?
Yes. Entries are sent through the official Webhooks Add-On, which comes with the Elite license. Add one webhook feed to each form you want to show.
Does my theme or page builder matter?
No. Gravity Forms sends the entry itself, and the WiserNotify pixel runs on any WordPress page, whichever theme or builder made it.
Will a popup show someone's full name or message?
Only if you put it there. Most sites show a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone” with a town, and leave messages, phone numbers and other answers out.
Will it slow down my WordPress site?
No. The pixel loads after your page, so your theme and your form render first.
Is there a free plan?
No free plan, but you get a 7-day free trial on any plan. Pro is $16 a month for 10,000 monthly visitors.
