How to add social proof to Jotform in 4 steps
Start the Jotform integration
In WiserNotify, open the Jotform integration, click Integrate and enter a name for the connection in the Jotform popup.
Add your Form ID and API key
Edit your form in Jotform and copy the form ID from the URL into the Form ID field. Go to Settings › API, click Create new API Key, paste it into the API Key field and click Create.
Add the webhook to your form
Click Edit Form, open the SETTINGS tab and click INTEGRATIONS. Search for Web Hooks, open the Webhooks box, paste the copied URL, then click COMPLETE INTEGRATION and Finish.
Choose Jotform as the data source
Select this integration under Customize notification › Data-source. Your last 30 entries are already fetched, so open the page in a private window and the popups are there.

How do I connect Jotform to WiserNotify?

Will entries I already have show up?
Yes. Once the Form ID and API key are correct, the last 30 entries are fetched automatically, so you can show recent activity before any new submission arrives.
Can I show more than one Jotform form?
Yes. Each connection takes one Form ID, so create a connection per form and choose the right one as each notification's data source.
How are names shown in the popup?
However you prefer: a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”. Order details, uploads and other answers are not displayed.
Does it slow down the page my form is embedded on?
No. The WiserNotify pixel loads after the page, so the embedded Jotform form appears first.
