How to connect WiserNotify with Formstack?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Form Submissions: Connect Formstack with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time form submission data.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Formstack to pull the events lead data

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify

Go to WiserNotify > Formstack Integration.
Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
Enter your Connection Name

1. Click on the Create button.

2. Click and copy the URL.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Formstack

Login to Formstack

Click on the Forms tab.
Inside the Forms Tab display a list of forms.
Hover anyone Form.
Click on the setting link.

Click on Emails & Actions.
Inside the Advanced setting click on the add Webhooks button.

Paste the URL here.
Select Content-type JSON.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
