How to add social proof to FormKeep in 3 steps
Create the FormKeep connection
Go to the FormKeep integration in WiserNotify and click Integrate inside the integration box. Name the connection, click Create, then click the copy button.
Save it as a FormKeep webhook
Open your form's settings in FormKeep and click the data integrations tab. Paste the copied URL and click the save webhook button.
Submit once and select the data source
Send a test through your form and look for the entry on the WiserNotify Dashboard Data page. Choose this integration under Customize notification → Data-source, then preview in a private window.

FormKeep posts each submission to the WiserNotify webhook URL you save in the form's data integrations tab.
Which fields can appear in a notification?
The name and location from the submission, plus how long ago it came in. You choose the fields, so message text and email addresses stay private.
Does it work on a static or Jamstack site?
Yes. FormKeep handles the form and the WiserNotify pixel is one script in your template, so there's no server code to write.
Can I show “Someone” instead of names?
Yes. Pick first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”.
Will the script slow my site down?
