Follow these quick steps to install WiserNotify and start displaying social proof notifications on your website.
Step 1: Install the Pixel Code
- Log in to your WiserNotify dashboard.
- Click “Add Website” and enter your site’s URL.
- Copy the provided pixel code.
- Paste the code before the
</body>tag of your website.- For WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other platforms, follow the integration guide in the dashboard.
- Click “Verify” to confirm the connection.
✅ Tip: If using Google Tag Manager, add a new Custom HTML tag and set it to fire on all pages.
Step 2: Create Notifications
- Go to the “Notifications” tab > social proof or widgets and click “Create Notification”.
- Select a notification type (e.g., Recent Sales, Live Visitor Count, Reviews, or any other widgets).
Now, customize your notification using the following sections:
1. Design Section 🎨
- Edit the text, colors, images, icons, and fonts.
- Adjust the position and animation for better visibility.
- Use a call-to-action (CTA) button if needed.
2. Display Section 👀
- Choose which pages to show the notification on.
- Set time delays, frequency, and user targeting options.
- Enable mobile-friendly display settings.
3. Data Source Section 🔗
- Connect to data sources like Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, Google Reviews, Facebook, or custom webhooks.
- Choose real-time updates or static data for notifications.
Step 3: Publish & Go Live 🚀
- Click “Save & Publish” to activate your notification.
- Visit your website to verify the notification is working.
