How to connect WiserNotify with Acuity Scheduling?
Note: Acuity Scheduling customers must be on the Powerhouse Plan in order to access the API.
This guide will walk you through:
Capturing Appointment Bookings: Connect Acuity Scheduling with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time booking and scheduling data.
Add API Key to Connect Acuity Scheduling to pull the events lead data
Step 1. Get the API Key from Acuity Scheduling
Login with Acuity Scheduling,
1. Click on Integrations.
2. Click on view credentials inside the API box.
3. Copy the User ID and API Key.
Step 2. Configure API Key in Wisernotify.
– Navigate to Wiser Notify > Acuity Scheduling integration.
1. Paste the copied User ID.
2. Paste the copied API Key.
3. Enter Connection Name.
4. Click on the Create button.
Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify- Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
