Step 1: Copy the Pixel Code

1. Sign in to WiserNotify and open the Install Pixel page.
2. Click Copy code.

Step 2: Open Site Details in Kajabi

1. Log in to Kajabi and click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
2. Under Site settings, click Site Details.

Step 3: Paste Into Page Scripts

1. Scroll to Page scripts.
2. Paste the WiserNotify code into Header Page Scripts.

Kajabi places this code in the head section of every site page, so the bar can load anywhere on your website.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

1. Scroll to the bottom of Site Details.
2. Click Save.

Step 5: Verify the Pixel

Announcement Bar Not Showing on Kajabi?

A missing bar on Kajabi usually comes down to the script, the page rule or the dates. Check these in order.

• Script not saved: reopen Settings, then Site Details, and confirm the code is in Header Page Scripts. Click Save again.
• Pixel not detected: refresh your site once, then run Verify pixel installation.
• Hidden under the header: a sticky header can cover a top bar. Move the bar to the bottom to test.
• Page rule: a URL condition with a typo hides the bar. Switch to All pages to confirm it loads.
• Dates: if the expiry date has passed, or today isn’t a scheduled day, the bar won’t load.
