Social Proof App for Neto
Let Australian shoppers see your store is trading
WiserNotify is Neto social proof for Maropost Commerce Cloud stores: real orders become small, verified popups on your product pages. Add the pixel under Custom Scripts, connect the API webhook, and each new sale shows up for the next shopper.
Who it's for
Built for Australian and NZ retailers running on Neto
Multichannel retailers
You sell on your own webstore and on marketplaces, and the webstore keeps the best margin. It should look at least as busy as your marketplace listings.
Outdoor, 4WD and trade suppliers
Swags, fridges, recovery gear and tools. Big-ticket items that buyers research for days and compare across several stores before ordering.
Wholesale and B2B sellers
Trade accounts order in bulk alongside retail buyers. Both feel safer once they see other businesses and households buying from you too.
Problems we solve
Big-ticket gear needs proof that others bought it
The problem
Researchers flick between three tabs
A buyer comparing fridges across three stores has no reason to pick yours. Recent orders sent from Neto show that real people chose you this week.
The problem
EOFY sales need a hard deadline
Your end-of-financial-year sale runs for a fixed window. A countdown timer on sale pages makes 30 June impossible to miss.
The problem
First-time buyers don't know your name
A $449 swag from an unfamiliar store is a leap. Your Google reviews next to Add to Cart let earlier customers vouch for you before checkout.
Neto notifications
Neto order notifications for Australian and NZ retailers
Recent orders, mailing list sign-ups, Google reviews and live shoppers. Pick a template, match your store and add it to your Maropost Commerce theme.
Recent orders
Buyer's first name, city and product, as it happens. Works best on product pages for your highest-priced items.
Mailing list sign-ups
The pixel picks up newsletter and inquiry forms. Works best on launch pages for new ranges.
Reviews & ratings
Show your Google and Facebook reviews on product pages, where buyers compare you with other stores.
“Swag arrived in two days and survived a wet week at Fraser.”

How to connect Neto to WiserNotify in 4 steps
Copy your pixel
Log in to WiserNotify, go to the Install Pixel page and copy your pixel code.
Add it as a Custom Script
In Neto, go to Settings & tools → All settings & tools → Analytics & 3rd Party Scripts → Custom Scripts and click Add new. Enter a name, set Status to Active, paste the code in the Page header tab and click Save.
Confirm and verify the pixel
Click Send token now, paste the token from your email and click Verify token. Reload your store, then click Verify pixel installation in WiserNotify to see “Pixel Active”.
Connect sales with the API webhook
In Neto, open Settings & Tools → Staff Users, edit the Admin User Group and copy your store URL and username, then click Regenerate for an API key. Paste all three into WiserNotify's Neto integration, add a remark and click Create. Copy the URL it gives you into Developers Tools → API Settings, tick the API webhook checkbox and save.
Place a test order and it appears on the WiserNotify Data page with Neto as its source. Pick this integration as the notification's data source to go live.

FAQ
Neto social proof FAQ
How do I add social proof to Neto (Maropost Commerce)?
Add the WiserNotify pixel as a Custom Script in the Page header, then connect your store URL, username and API key in WiserNotify and paste the webhook URL into Neto's API Settings. New orders then show as popups.
Which Neto data appears in the popups?
For each order sent by the webhook: the buyer's name in your chosen format, their city, the product and the time. The pixel adds form sign-ups and live visitor counts.
Does this work now that Neto is Maropost Commerce Cloud?
Yes. Neto was renamed Maropost Commerce Cloud, and this integration is for stores on that platform under either name.
Can I keep customer names short?
Yes. Choose a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”.
Will the script slow my Neto theme?
No. The pixel loads after your page, so your theme renders as usual and the popups follow.
Is there a free plan?
No, but you can try any plan free for 7 days. Plans start at $59 (USD) a year.
