Configuring Data Source for Notifications

The Data Sources section lets you connect integrations and filter the data in your notifications. It decides which data notification will show.

1. Add Integration#

• Purpose: Link your platform or data source to start pulling relevant data.
• Steps:
  • Click the “+ Add Integration” button.
  • Select and connect the desired integration to begin fetching data for notifications.

2. Select the Data Source#

• Purpose: Choose the specific integration or data source you want to use for notifications.
• Steps:
  • Use the checkbox to enable the data source.
  • Review the connection details and the number of data entries available.

3. Data Filtering Options#

• Purpose: Filter the data to display specific information in notifications.
• Use Cases:
  • Hide irrelevant data.
  • Show only specific entries that match your criteria.
• How to Set Filters:
  • Access the Data Filtering Options section.
  • Apply conditions to refine the data:
    • Field Selection: Choose a specific field (e.g., “Product Name”).
    • Condition: Set criteria like Contains, Equals, or Starts With.
    • Value: Specify the value to filter (e.g., “T-shirt”).
• Example:
  • Field: Product Name
  • Condition: Contains
  • Value: “T-shirt”
  • Result: Only notifications for products containing the word “T-shirt” in the name will be shown.
