Neto Integration with WiserNotify

This guide will walk you through:

  • Display Notifications: Add the WiserNotify pixel code to your Neto store.
  • Capturing Sales Activities: Connect Neto with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time sales data.

Install WiserNotify Pixel Code to Neto store

Step 1: Get your wisernotify pixel code

Step 2: Add the Pixel Code to the Neto store

Login with neto.

  • Inside the Dashboard, Navigate to Settings & tools > All settings & tools.

  • Inside  All settings & tools, Navigate to Analytics & 3rd Party Scripts > Custom Scripts.

  • Click on Add new button.

1. Enter Name.

2. Select Status is Active.

3. Inside the Scripts section click the Page header tab.

4. Paste the pixel code here.

5. Click on the Save button.

  • Click on the Send token now button.
  • You will receive a token on your registered email ID. Copy it and paste to Step 2 and click on Verify token button.

Now, visit your site & reload or refresh it.

Step 3: Verify Installation

  • Go back to your Wisernotify pixel page.
  • Click on verify pixel installation to check if the pixel is active.
  • If installed correctly, you will see a “Pixel Active” successfully message.

Note: This pixel script tag is required on every page wherever you want to track visitor activities, capture form submit events & display notifications.

Add API Key to Connect Neto to pull the events Sales data

Login with Neto,

– Navigate to Settings & Tools > Staff Users.

– Click on the Edit button inside Admin User Group.

Note*:-  Step 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 (Neto Dashboard) && Step 2, 4 and 8 (WiserNotify Integration).

1. Copy Neto Store URL From Neto Dashboard.

– Go to WiserNotify > Neto Integration.

– Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.

2. Paste Copied Neto Store URL in Neto Integration popup at WiserNotify dashboard.

3. Now Copy Username from user detail form at Neto Dashboard.

4. Paste Copied Username in Neto Integration popup at WiserNotify dashboard.

5. Click on the Regenerate button from the user detail form at Neto Dashboard.

6. Copy API Key from the user detail form at Neto Dashboard.

7. Click on the Save button after click on the Save & Close button.

8. Paste Copied API Key in Neto Integration popup at WiserNotify dashboard.

9. Enter Remark.

10. Click on the Create button.

11. Click on the Copy button and go to Neto Dashboard.

– Navigate to Settings & Tools > All settings & tools.

Navigate Developers Tools  > API Settings.

1. Enable API webhook checkbox.

2. Paste the copied URL.

3. Click on the Save & Changes button.

Please do the test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
