How to show Kooneo payments on your site in 4 steps
Create the Kooneo connection
In WiserNotify, go to the Kooneo integration and click Integrate inside the integration box. Enter a connection name, click Create, then click the copy button to copy the webhook URL.
Open webhooks in Kooneo
In your Kooneo account, click the Tools tab, then Webhooks, and click the plus button to add a new one.
Paste the URL and choose events
Paste the WiserNotify webhook URL and pick the events to show: New payment or 1st recurring payment, New recurring payment, and New Affiliate. Click the record button to save.
Test and set the data source
Make a test purchase and find it on the WiserNotify Dashboard Data page. Select Kooneo under Customize notification → Data-source, then preview in a private browser window.

Create a Kooneo connection in WiserNotify and copy its webhook URL. In Kooneo, add a webhook under Tools → Webhooks, paste the URL, pick your events and click the record button.
Which Kooneo events can become notifications?
New payment or 1st recurring payment, New recurring payment, and New Affiliate. You choose which ones the webhook sends, and each can feed its own notification.
Can the messages read in French?
Yes. You write the notification text yourself in the design settings, so “just enrolled” can become “vient de s'inscrire” for a French-speaking audience.
Can I hide my students' full names?
Yes. Display a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”.
