How to add social proof to ActiveChat in 4 steps
Create the endpoint
In WiserNotify, open the ActiveChat integration and click Integrate. Enter a connection name, click Create, then use the copy button to grab the URL.
Drop a JSON block into the flow
In ActiveChat, select your bot and click BOT builder. Open Skills, hover on Integrations and drag the JSON block to the step where the lead or order is captured.
Point it at WiserNotify
Click the JSON block, paste the endpoint into the URL box and pick POST. Use Add Property to map fields such as fn (first name), ct (city) and cn (country).
Test a chat and go live
Run a test conversation and check that it lands on the Dashboard – Data page. Then pick this integration under Customize notification → Data-source, and preview in a private window.

How does ActiveChat send data to WiserNotify?
Through a webhook. You create a connection in WiserNotify, copy its URL, and paste it into a JSON block in your bot flow set to POST. Each time a conversation passes that block, the contact is sent over.
Which details can a notification show?
Whatever you map as properties: names, city, state and country are the ones that make a good notification. What the person typed in the chat is not shown.
Can I show chat orders as well as leads?
Yes. A JSON block fires wherever it sits in the flow, so add one after the lead step and another after the order step, then build a lead notification and a purchase notification from them.
Will shoppers see full names from my bot?
Only if you want them to. Pick a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or simply “Someone”.
Does the notification script slow my store?
No. The WiserNotify pixel loads after your page has rendered, so product pages and the chat widget appear as fast as before.
