How to show Cliengo chatbot leads on your site in 4 steps
Open the Cliengo integration
In WiserNotify, go to the Cliengo integration and click the Integrate button inside the integration box. Keep this tab open.
Copy the Cliengo webhook key
In the Cliengo dashboard, click the CHATBOT tab, then Integrations in the sidebar, then the Webhooks box. Copy the Webhook key.
Create the connection
Back in WiserNotify, paste the Webhook key, enter a connection name and click Create. Copy the URL it gives you.
Generate the webhook in Cliengo
Return to the Cliengo Webhooks page, paste the URL and click generate webhook. Send a test lead, confirm it on the Dashboard Data page, then select Cliengo as the notification's data source.

With a webhook key exchange. You paste Cliengo's Webhook key into WiserNotify, then paste the URL WiserNotify returns into Cliengo's Webhooks page and generate the webhook.
What does a Cliengo lead notification show?
The lead's name in the format you pick, their location, the message you write and how long ago it happened. What the lead typed in the chat is not shown.
Do I need to rebuild my Cliengo chatbot?
No. The connection lives under Integrations → Webhooks in the CHATBOT tab, so your bot's questions and flow stay exactly as they are.
Can I keep lead names anonymous?
Yes. Show a first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or just “Someone”.
