How to Add Reviews to Oxygen Builder

Show Google, Facebook or Yelp Reviews

Reviews you already have on other sites can feed the same widget. Connect the source once and they sit beside the reviews you collect. The steps below use Google.

Step 1: Link Your Google Profile

1. In WiserReview, go to Manage Reviews, then Import Reviews.
2. Under 3rd Party Platforms, find Google and click Integration.
3. Click Login with Google and sign in with the account that owns your Business Profile.
4. Allow WiserReview to access your Google reviews.

Step 2: Confirm the Sync Is Active

1. Look for your Google account in the Account details list.
2. Leave its Active switch on, so fresh Google reviews keep flowing in.
3. Use Add List if you want to map the reviews to a product or category.

From here, build the widget as in Steps 3 to 6 above, with the Filter Reviews source set to Google.

Facebook works the same way: pick Facebook, click Integration, log in, then select the business pages to sync and save.

Using WooCommerce With Oxygen?

Store owners get a second route. The WiserReview plugin adds the product review section, star ratings and nudges, and sends a review request after each order.

Oxygen builds its own product templates, so the plugin’s automatic placement may not show. When that happens, place the widgets with shortcodes.

Step 1: Install the WiserReview Plugin

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New.
2. Search for WiserReview, click Install Now, then Activate.
3. Open Wiser Review from the WordPress sidebar.

Step 2: Copy Your API Key

1. Log in to WiserReview and open Workspace Settings.
2. Click Copy next to API key.

Step 3: Connect the Plugin

1. Paste the API key into the plugin settings. The plugin checks it on its own.
2. Turn on Enable WiserReview on your store to switch on Live Mode.
3. Click Save Changes. Saving the key also creates your review request automation.

Step 4: Add the Shortcode in Oxygen

2. If a widget does not appear on your Oxygen product template, copy its shortcode.

Reviews Not Showing in Oxygen?

Most blank widgets come down to where the code went.

• Wrong tab: the embed code includes a script tag, so it belongs in PHP & HTML, not the JavaScript tab.
• Code not applied: click Apply Code before you save the page.
• Template overrides the page: if a template controls the page, add the Code Block to that template or inside its Inner Content area.
• Cached page: clear your cache plugin and check in a private window.
• No matching reviews: widen the widget’s source or tag filter in WiserReview.
