How to Embed Reviews on Podia (Popup, Sidebar, Wall)

To add reviews to Podia, build a widget in WiserReview and paste its script into Podia’s Third-party code under Admin > Settings > Analytics. Floating Popup and Sidebar Snippet then show on every public page.

For a wall on one page, paste the widget’s Share URL into a Text section’s Embed.

Podia doesn’t let you edit the page head, so scripts go in Third-party code, which loads before the closing body tag. It needs a Podia plan with custom code and a verified email.

Below are the seven steps, which widget fits which page, and fixes if your reviews don’t show up.

How to Add Reviews to Podia

You have two routes. A script in Third-party code covers every page, and a Share URL covers one page.

Step 1: Sign Up and Add Reviews

1. Start a 7-day free trial on WiserReview.
2. Add at least two reviews, by import or by sending requests, so the widget has something to show.

Step 2: Open Widgets and Pick One

1. Open Widgets in your WiserReview dashboard.
2. Choose Floating Popup, Sidebar Snippet, or Wall of Love.
3. Click Manage, or Add widget the first time.

Step 3: Filter Reviews, Then Install

1. Under Filter Reviews, pick the review source and tags, such as one tag per course.
2. Match the colors and layout to your Podia site.
3. Click Install at the top right.

Step 4: Copy the Script

1. If you see platform tabs, open Custom.
2. Copy the JavaScript code.
3. For a wall on one page, copy the Share URL instead.

Step 5: Open Third-Party Code in Podia

1. From your home feed, click your site name and choose Admin.
2. Go to Settings > Analytics.
3. Click Edit next to Third-party code.

Step 6: Paste the Script and Save

1. Paste the script into Website tracking code, not Conversion tracking code.
2. Click Save.
3. Open your live site. Floating Popup and Sidebar Snippet now show on every public page.

Step 7: Show a Wall on One Page

1. Open the page in the Podia site editor and add or edit a Text section.
2. Type /, choose Embed, and paste the Share URL.
3. Click Publish and view the page.
