How to connect WiserNotify with Intercom?
This guide will walk you through:
- Capturing Lead Activities: Connect Intercom with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time lead data.
Step 1: Connect Intercom with WiserNotify
- Go to WiserNotify > Intercom Integration.
- Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
Step 2: Verify the Integration
- Select a workspace.
- Click on the Authorize access button.
Done.
After integration, We fetch the last 30 users & add the webhook to receive new contacts/user’s data from the intercom.
Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify Dashboard – Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
