Copy the webhook URL from WiserNotify's SendGrid integration, then in SendGrid enable Settings → Mail Settings → Event Webhook with that URL and the Delivered event selected. Events start streaming immediately.

Does this affect my email sending?+
No. The Event Webhook is read-only reporting. Your sending, deliverability, and IP reputation are untouched.
