How to add social proof to OnceHub in 4 steps
Copy your OnceHub API key
Log in to OnceHub, click Integration, open the API & Webhooks box and copy the API key.
Create the connection in WiserNotify
Open the OnceHub integration and click Integrate inside the Integration box. Paste the API key, enter a connection name and click Create.
Make a test booking
Book a slot on your own OnceHub page, then open the Dashboard Data page in WiserNotify. The booking is listed there with its source name.
Pick it as the data source
In your notification, go to Customize notification › Data-source and select the OnceHub connection. With the pixel on your site, check the result in a private browser window.

How does WiserNotify connect to OnceHub?
With your OnceHub API key. Copy it from Integration › API & Webhooks in OnceHub, create the OnceHub connection in WiserNotify, then select that connection as your notification's data source.
What does a booking notification show?
The client's name in the format you pick (first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or “Someone”), their location and how long ago they booked, alongside your own wording such as “booked a free assessment”.
Where can the notifications appear?
On any page that has the WiserNotify pixel: your homepage, service pages, quote pages or the page where your OnceHub booking page is embedded.
How do I know bookings are coming through?
Make a test booking and open the Dashboard Data page, where every booking received is listed with its source. After changing a notification, view it in a private browser window to avoid cached versions.
Will it slow down my website?
No. The pixel loads after the page has rendered, so your content and booking form appear first.
Is there a free plan?
