Social Proof App for Cognito Forms
Show families and members who already signed up
Cognito Forms social proof shows real registrations, applications and orders next to the form they came from. When visitors see people from their own town signing up, they finish their entry too.
Who it's for
Cognito Forms social proof for organizations that run on sign-up forms
Nonprofits, leagues and clubs
Season registrations, camp sign-ups and volunteer forms all run through Cognito. Seeing other families join tells parents the program is active and well run.
Schools and training providers
Enrollment and application forms compete with every other open tab. A note that others enrolled this week helps a hesitant applicant reach the submit button.
Small businesses taking orders
Bakeries, caterers and print shops use Cognito order and request forms. Recent submissions make a two-person team look as in demand as it really is.
Problems we solve
Registration forms lose people before the last field
The problem
Parents wait to see who else joins
Nobody wants to be the first family on a new roster. A recent registration notification shows real sign-ups as they come in, so the decision feels safe.
The problem
Early registration deadlines slip past
An early-bird fee only works if people notice it in time. A countdown timer beside the form shows exactly how long the lower price lasts.
The problem
Long forms look like a chore
Forms with repeating sections, waivers and payment take a few minutes to complete. A weekly registration counter reminds visitors that lots of people got through it.
Cognito Forms notifications
Cognito Forms notifications for registrations and sign-ups
New entries from your registration, volunteer and pledge forms, a season counter, parent reviews and an early-bird timer.
Season registrations
Shows each new entry with a first name and town. Works best right above the embedded form.
Volunteers & donors
Shows recent entries from a volunteer or pledge form. Works best on fundraising and get-involved pages.
Parent reviews
Shows your Google and Facebook reviews one at a time. Works best on the homepage and the about page.
“The best coaches our son has had.”

How many people have the page open in the first days of registration, plus a countdown to a price change.

FAQ
Social proof app for Cognito Forms FAQ
How do Cognito Forms entries reach WiserNotify?
Turn on Post JSON Data to website in your form and paste the WiserNotify URL as the Submit Entry Endpoint. Cognito then posts every new entry to WiserNotify.
What does a visitor see in the notification?
The person's name in your chosen format, their location, the form and the time. You pick which fields appear, so everything else in the entry stays private.
Do I set this up on every form?
Yes. The Post JSON Data toggle and endpoint live inside each form, so switch them on for every form whose entries you want to show.
Can I avoid showing children's or families' names?
Yes. Choose first name, “Sarah M.”, initials or just “Someone”. For youth programs, “Someone” plus the town works well.
Will the pixel slow down my registration page?
No. It loads after the page, so your Cognito form shows up first.
Is there a free plan?
No free plan, but a 7-day free trial on every plan. Basic is $59 a year for 5,000 monthly visitors.
