How to connect WiserNotify with Zonka Feedback?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Customer Feedback: Connect Feedback with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time reviews, ratings, and testimonial data.

Add API Key to Connect Feedback to pull the events lead data

Step 1. Get the API Key from Feedback

Go to WiserNotify > Zonka Feedback Integration.
Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.

1. Enter Connection Name

2. Click on the Create button.

3. Click on the copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Feedback

1. Click on the Setup tab.

2. Click on the Integrations option.

1. Click on the Webhooks tab.

2. Click on the Add Webhook button.

1. Add webhook Name.

2. Select a response. added Event.

3. Paste copied Target URL.

4. Select your Survey.

5. Click on the Simplified JSON checkbox.

6. Click on the Create button.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify – Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
