Click Action Options for Annoucement Widget

The Click Actions section in WiserNotify is where you configure how users interact with your notification. This includes setting up buttons, and links, and defining what happens when visitors click on your notification or take related actions. The goal is to drive engagement and guide users toward the desired outcomes, such as signing up, making a purchase, or visiting a specific page.

1. Button & Link Name:
   • This field allows you to define the text displayed on the call-to-action (CTA) button.
   • Example: In the screenshot, the button text is set to “Signup now”.
2. Font Customization:
   • Font-Family:
     • Choose the font style for the button text. Options include “Website Font” (default) or custom fonts.
   • Font-Weight:
     • Adjust the thickness or boldness of the text. For example, “Normal” or “Bold”.
3. Button Colors:
   • Background Color:
     • Customize the background color of the button to align with your website or branding. In the screenshot, a light green color is used.
   • Text Color:
     • Customize the color of the button text. In the screenshot, the text color is green.
4. CTA URL:
   • Add a clickable URL for the button to direct users to a specific page.
   • Add UTM:
     • Use this option to append UTM parameters to the URL for tracking campaign performance in Google Analytics or other tools.
   • Example: You could set the CTA URL to a signup page, product page, or any relevant destination.
5. Additional URL Options:
   • Open in Same Tab:
     • When checked, the link opens in the same browser tab. Leave unchecked to open the link in a new tab.
   • Stop Hiding Widget on CTA Click:
     • Prevents the notification widget from disappearing after the button is clicked. This can be useful for ongoing notifications.
6. Close Icon Settings:
   • Close Icon:
     • Displays a close icon on the notification to let users dismiss it manually.
   • Close it if Visitors Click Outside:
     • Automatically closes the notification when users click outside the widget. This provides a seamless experience for visitors.
7. Notification Clickable:
   • This option makes the entire notification clickable, directing users to the specified CTA URL instead of just the button.
