How to connect WiserNotify with Canny?
This guide will walk you through:
Capturing Feedback Activities: Connect Canny with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time feature requests, user feedback, and vote data.
Add Webhook Integration to Connect Canny to pull the events lead data
Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify
- Go to WiserNotify > Canny Integration.
- Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Canny
1. Enter the Name of the connection.
Login With Canny,
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Click on API & Webhooks inside Integrations.
4. Copy API Key.
5. Paste into the API Key field in the WiserNotify Canny popup.
6. Click on the Create button.
7. Click on the copy button.
8. Paste the copied WiserNotify Webhook URL.
9. Click on the ADD button.
Done.
The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying the existing old data in the notifications.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
