If you want to display Recently Viewed Count Activities on your website with product names and details, WiserNotify makes it easy to set up and customize notifications to drive trust and urgency.
Follow this step-by-step guide to create and publish your notification.
Step 1: Create a Notification
- Log in to your WiserNotify dashboard.
- Navigate to the Social Proof section and select Recently Viewed Count from the notification options.
- Click the “Add” button under the Recent Sales widget to begin
Step 2: Customize Your Notification
In the Design Section, customize the notification to align with your brand and preferences:
- Text Editor:
- Customize the text displayed in the notification.
- Use placeholders, dynamic fields, and fallback options for notifications when no live data is available.
- Click Actions:
- Define the action when users click on the notification (e.g., open a specific URL, navigate to a section on the page).
- Position & Animation:
- Position the notification on the website (e.g., top-left, bottom-right).
- Configure animation effects for how the notification appears (e.g., slide-in, fade-in).
- Style:
- Adjust the colors, fonts, and overall visual style to match your website branding.
- Ensure a cohesive look and feel across your notifications.
- Embed Code:
- Access the code needed to embed the notification on your website if you’re not using an automatic integration.

- Data History: Choose the time range for data to display. For example:
- Display Last 1 Hour: Show data from the last hour.
- Hide If Visitors Are Less Than: Prevent the notification from displaying if the number of visitors is below a specified threshold.

- Show Page Data: Enable this to show specific data points related to the page visitors are viewing.
- Skip Seen Data: Avoid showing the same data repeatedly to returning visitors.

- Navigate to the Data Sources tab.
- Select your integration (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom webhook) for pulling sales data.
- Configure data filtering options to refine the displayed records.
