Creating Lead Counter Notifications

If you want to display a Lead Counter on your website with product names and details, WiserNotify makes it easy to set up and customize notifications to drive trust and urgency.

Follow this step-by-step guide to create and publish your notification.

Step 1: Create a Notification

  1. Log in to your WiserNotify dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Social Proof section and select Lead Counter from the notification options.
  3. Click the “Add” button under the Lead Counter widget to begin

Step 2: Customize Your Notification

In the Design Section, customize the notification to align with your brand and preferences:
 

1. Text Editor:

  • Allows you to customize the text content displayed in the notification.
  • You can edit the headline, subheadline, and call-to-action (CTA) text to align with your messaging.

2. Click Actions:

  • Define what happens when users click on the notification.
  • Common options include redirecting to a specific URL, opening a new tab, or triggering an event (like a form or sign-up action).

3. Position & Animation:

  • Lets you set the position of the notification on the page (e.g., top-left, bottom-right).
  • Choose entry/exit animations to make the notification more engaging or eye-catching.

4. Style:

  • Customize the visual appearance of the notification.
  • Includes options for background color, text color, fonts, border styles, and more.

5. Embed Code:

  • For advanced users, this allows inserting custom HTML/CSS or additional code to extend the notification’s functionality or design.

6. Data Control:

  • Manage and validate the data displayed in the notification (e.g., user names, sales records, or location data).
  • Helps ensure data accuracy and relevance.

7. Timing Control:

  • Adjust the display timing for the notification:
    • Start Delay: When the notification first appears after the page loads.
    • Duration: How long the notification stays visible.
    • Interval: The time between consecutive notifications if displaying multiple.

8. Verify Label:

  • Ensures that the labels or data shown in the notification (like verified reviews or purchases) meet authenticity requirements.
  • Helps build credibility and trust with your audience.

Step 3: Configure Display Settings

Under the Display Section, define where and how your notification will appear:

  1. Select Pages: Choose specific pages or display notifications across all pages.
  2. Multiple Websites: Configure settings for notifications on multiple domains.
  3. Advanced Targeting: Target users based on visitor behavior, location, UTM parameters, cookies, or referrer.

Step 4: Integrate Data Source & Publish

1. Auto Capture Forms:

  • Enables automatic tracking of form submissions on your website.
  • Captured data can be used to populate notifications, such as “User just signed up!” or “New lead generated.”

2. Your Integrations:

  • Displays the integrations connected to your WiserNotify account.
  • If no integrations are set up (as shown in the screenshot), it allows you to add new integrations with tools like CRMs, email marketing platforms, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Examples of integrations: HubSpot, Shopify, or Mailchimp.

Click “Save” and then “Publish” your notification.

Now, Visit your site.
