This guide will walk you through:
- Capturing Sales & Customer Activities: Connect Simplo7 with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time order events, new customer sign-ups, and other lead data.
Add Webhook Integration to Connect Simplo7 to pull the events lead & Sales data
Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify
- Go to WiserNotify > Simplo7 Integration.
- Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.
Enter the Name of the connection.
Login with Simplo7.
Copy Store URL.
— Paste into the Store URL field in Wisernotify Simplo7 popup
— Click on Profile Name
— Copy API Key
Step 2: Configure Webhook in Simplo7
- Paste into the API Key field in the WiserNotify Simplo7 popup.
- Click on the Create button.
- Click and copy the URL.
Note:- To add the webhook, you will have to hire up the custom order status application.
— For Hire up custom order status application.
— Click on Applications.
— Click on the Sales tab
— Find custom order status and To Hire.
— Now Go to Settings.
— Click on Add.
– Select Request Type.
— Enter Webhook Name.
— Paste copied WiserNotify Webhook URL into Destination Field.
— Click on To Save button.
Done.
The last 30 entries from the API key will be fetched automatically once you provide the correct details. This enables you to start displaying the existing old data in the notifications.
Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify Dashboard – Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.
Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)
Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
